MS LIBER-T, an unique simulation package...










One of the hobbyhorses of Prof. Franco's research activities is the simulation package

MS LIBER-T (Multiscale Simulator of Lithium Ion Batteries and Electrochemical Reactor Technologies), which he is developing based on his expertise of more than 13 years in the field of physical modeling of electrochemical devices.  

This non-profit software, is an unique multiparadigm, multiscale and multiphysics code which allows simulating electrochemical devices. Particular applcations are the simulation of electrochemical devices for energy conversion and storage, by connecting atomistic data and materials properties with macroscopic observables which can be measured at the laboratory scale (e.g. polarisation curves, charge-discharge curves, impedance spectra, cyclic voltammetry, etc.).  See details in the menu on the right of this page.
